Below you can find our general procedure for Reseller Purchases.

Purchase Process for Resellers

  1. Please contact us at "reseller (at) mariExtensionPack (dot) org " with information about the desired purchase
  2. You will be provided a link to purchase Mari Extension Pack for your customer. The link is unique to your sale and provides a special reseller discount.
    Reseller discounts vary based on volume of purchase and range from 2% to 5%.
  3. After purchase please send the following information to "reseller (at) mariExtensionPack (dot) org":

    - the email address + name you used to purchase
    - email address and name of your customer. We will add that customer to our customer list

Once your purchase was confirmed, your customer's email address will be added to the customer database and they will receive an email with a Download Instruction.
The customer will not be able to see the discount that was provided to you.

Any free updates will be sent directly to the customer via the specified email

Important for your customer

Please advise your customer to white-list the following in their spam filters

If they have not received an email within 24 hours of the purchase have them look through their spam folders for an email from those addresses.

VAT Refunds

To get a VAT refund please click on the "Add Tax ID number" at the bottom of your checkout

Generating an Invoice

To generate an invoice you can click the "Generate Invoice" Link in your purchase confirmation email
