Upgrade and crossgrade purchases likely require you to enter your existing serial number during checkout, unless you received an explicit upgrade link tied to your previous purchase
We do not offer a return policy on purchases.
Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final.
Refunds may be granted in cases of fraudulent transactions, duplicate purchases, billing errors, or at our sole discretion. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Licenses are exclusively sold through this website and the Merchant of Record Lemon Squeezy or any of our other Merchant's Purchasing Portal​s.
For large Enterprise orders we may be able to offer purchasing through Purchase Orders.
Please contact us if you are unable to purchase online and require use of a Purchase Order.
If you are eligible for a Purchase Order, payment is expected by the date specified on the provided invoice.
For full purchases, installer links and serial numbers will be emailed with your invoice. Upgrades and purchases that require manual order processing will be responded to usually within 3 business days. Please use your supplied serial number to activate the product, for example via the Splash Screen, if prompted or via the MARI Help Menu ("Activate Extension Pack")
Digital products are deemed delivered when download links, license keys, account access, or activation credentials are made available to the customer.
All purchases of perpetual Licenses come with a minimum of 1 Year of free upgrades. We may choose to extend the free upgrade period if no substantial product update was made over the course of a year.
For subscriptions (SaaS - Software as a Service) upgrades are included as long as your Subscription is active
All prices on the website are shown exclusive of taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your billing address by the Merchant of Record.
If you enter a valid VAT number from an EU member state during checkout, you will not be charged VAT at the time of purchase.
If you have been charged sales tax on your purchase and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by the laws applicable in such country. Sales taxes include VAT, GST, Consumption Tax and others as applicable from time to time. Please contact the Merchant of Record within 60 days after completing the purchase to be eligible for a sales tax refund. This refund will only be processed upon the provision of a valid sales tax code for your country. All refund requests received after 60 days from the date of the transaction will not be processed.
